Howard M. Berrington
Howard M. Berrington is of counsel in the Chicago office of Arnstein & Lehr LLP. His practice focuses on business and corporate law. Mr. Berrington counsels clients on all types of transactional and contractual matters, mergers and acquisitions, financial and corporate restructuring, ownership and management succession planning, and resolving partnership and various other types of disputes.
Mr. Berrington also represents banks and financial institutions in documenting their credit agreements, financial workouts, bankruptcy and litigation.
