Konstantinos Armiros
Partner

Mr. Konstantinos ("Dino") Armiros is a partner in the firm’s Litigation and Business groups. He handles the litigation and transactional needs for a variety of businesses, including financial services companies, real estate concerns and middle market organizations. In addition to his national and regional banking clients, Mr. Armiros also represents mid-size food service and hospitality industry companies. He has practiced extensively in both state and federal courts, handling injunctions, commercial lawsuits, appeals, bankruptcy matters and other complex commercial litigation. He also counsels corporate and real estate clients in governance, operational and transactional matters.

Professional Activities and Achievements

Mr. Armiros is the immediate past president and director of the Hellenic Museum and Cultural Center, an ethnic museum that will be building a permanent facility at Halsted and Van Buren Streets in Chicago's Greektown. Additionally, he is a director and past president of Lawyers for the Creative Arts, an organization that provides free legal services to artists and arts organizations in need.
