Brandon E. Bell
Partner

Mr. Bell is a Partner is the Firm’s Business Group. His practice focuses on representing publicly and privately held companies in corporate transactions. He has extensive experience in structuring and organizing business entities, and negotiating and documenting a broad range of transactional matters, such as asset and stock sales and acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, buy-sell agreements, operating agreements, partnership agreements, employment agreements and secured loan transactions. He also counsels clients on corporate governance and day-to-day operations issues.

A substantial part of Mr. Bell’s practice involves a proactive “preventive law” approach that helps businesses eliminate legal risks before they turn into costly and time-consuming legal problems. Drawing on his extensive experience in business transactions and advising business owners and boards of directors, Mr. Bell regularly performs “legal audits” of businesses to identify the legal risks that affect the businesses. Mr. Bell then develops solutions that are specifically tailored to the particular needs and circumstances of each business, protecting the business from legal risk to the greatest extent possible.
