Efrain Carlos
Associate

Efrain Carlos is an associate in the Miami office of Arnstein & Lehr. He concentrates his litigation practice in the areas of commercial litigation, business torts, products liability, premises liability, legal malpractice, insurance coverage disputes, and construction litigation.

Mr. Carlos has represented national and local clients in the state and federal courts of Florida, and at mediation. He has represented national insurers on complex insurance coverage disputes involving duty to defend, indemnity, and bad faith claims, errors and omissions liability matters, and has served as monitoring and defense counsel in a variety of lawsuits.

Professional Activities and Achievements

Mr. Carlos is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association and the Miami-Dade County Defense Bar Association.

During law school, Mr. Carlos served two judicial clerkships with the Hon. Stephen T. Brown, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, and also with the Hon. Nancy J. Pollock, Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.

Mr. Carlos has been approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services to instruct insurance adjuster continuing education courses and is a frequent speaker in insurance related industry conferences.
