Mr. Cohn is a partner in the Tampa office of Arnstein & Lehr. He has been practicing law for over 20 years and
concentrates his practice in the areas of Creditor's Rights,
Bankruptcy Law, Business & Commercial Law, Litigation &
Appeals, and Real Estate Law. He regularly handles
commercial and residential foreclosure actions, commercial
landlord-tenant law on behalf of landlords, bankruptcy on
the side of creditors, and replevin/business asset recovery
matters throughout Florida. Mr. Cohn enjoys an AV rating
with Martindale-Hubbell.
Professional Activities and Achievements
Mr. Cohn is a Founding Member of the Tampa Bay Inn of Court.
He was also a Founding Member and served as Treasurer for
the Ferguson-White Inn of Court.
Mr. Cohn is co-author of Manufacturer's Liability Reduced in
Recent Florida Supreme Court Opinions which appeared in The
Quarterly Report, Vol. 1, No. 1, 1987.
From 1984 through 1985, Mr. Cohn worked as a Law Clerk for
the Hon. Charles R. Richey, with the U.S. District Court for
the District of Columbia.

Mr. Cohn was born in Washington, D.C. He is married to
Vanessa Négron Cohn, and has two children, Estevan
Alejandro, 13 and Gabriel Miguel, 11.
