Andrea Cox
Associate

Andrea Cox is Board Certified in Appellate Practice. Her trial and appellate practice focuses on insurance and corporate defense, including product liability, medical device, personal injury, and malpractice cases.  Ms. Cox also drafts and argues dispositive motions before trial courts in complex tort and commercial litigation.

Professional Activities and Achievements

Ms. Cox has extensive appellate experience in Courts throughout Florida, including the Florida Supreme Court.  She has also been recognized as a 'friend of the Court', i.e. amicus curiae, submitting briefs on issues of great public importance.

Ms. Cox is a member of the Florida Bar Appellate Practice Section, Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Women's Fund of Miami-Dade, University of Florida Alumni Association, and Florida Bar Association.
