E. Enright
Partner
Mark Enright is a partner in the law firm of Arnstein & Lehr, where he has practiced since 1985. He is a member of
the firm's Litigation Department and focuses his practice in
three main areas: products and premises liability,
construction disputes, and complex commercial suits. He has
successfully litigated multi-million dollar cases for large,

exemplary damages and fees. In the products liability area,
he has defended manufacturers of chemicals, tractors,
crawlers, trucks, mining equipment, ariel work platforms,
riding and walk-behind mowers, automatic sliding doors, snow
throwers, hand tools, and other products. In the construction
area, he has represented major contractors, counties, and
municipalities, and procured multi-million dollar
settlements in construction/design disputes. He has worked
with a broad range of experts including mechanical,
electrical, structural, and civil engineers; physicians;
metallurgists; geologists; real estate appraisers;
accountants; and economists.
