Loren W. Fender
Associate

Loren W. Fender is an associate in Arnstein & Lehr's Miami office. His practice focuses on commercial and tort litigation, with an emphasis in catastrophic product liability matters. Mr. Fender has represented numerous automotive manufacturers with claims involving fire origin, handling and stability, seat backs, roof structures, active and passive restraint systems, electronic control modules, crashworthiness, door latch integrity, and window glazing.

Professional Activities and Achievements

Mr. Fender is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Dade County Bar Association.

Prior to law school, Mr. Fender interned at the Association of Americans Resident Overseas in Paris, France, where he advocated for the citizenship, voting, and healthcare rights of ex-patriots living in Europe.
