Neville M. Leslie
Partner
Mr. Leslie is a partner in the Miami office
of Arnstein & Lehr and practices in the litigation area.
He has extensive experience handling matters involving
insurance defense and coverage issues, medical malpractice
defense, commercial litigation and all types of tort
defense, including premises liability and products liability
litigation. He has appeared in state and federal courts on a
wide range of matters representing a broad spectrum of
national clients, including pharmaceutical companies, and
domestic and foreign manufacturers and distributors. He also
has experience handling appellate matters. Mr. Leslie is
defending two international entities accused of committing a
toxic tort that resulted in numerous catastrophic injuries.
He is also defending a well-known national corporation from
class action claims based on an allegedly defective medical
device inserted during surgery.
Professional Activities and Achievements
Mr. Leslie is a member of the Florida Bar Association and
the American Bar Association. While in law school, he was a
member of the Moot Court Society and served as a legal
intern to Broward County Judge Kathleen Kearney.
