Martin Pico
Of Counsel

Martin Pico is of counsel in the Miami office of Arnstein & Lehr. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation (including business valuations, letters of credit and commercial paper), shareholder rights, zoning and land use matters and environmental litigation. He has successfully represented clients in both state and federal court and has also appeared before local political bodies. Mr. Pico is also highly knowledgeable in the areas of corporate governance as well as fiduciary responsibilities of directors and officers. In addition to his legal background, Mr. Pico is also a Certified Public Accountant and has an extensive background in various areas of real estate investments and development.

Professional Activities and Achievements

Mr. Pico is a member of numerous professional and civic organizations. He is a member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and a graduate of Leadership Miami. He is also a member of the American, Florida, Dade County and Cuban American Bar Associations as well as the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.
