Robert J. Rudock is a partner in Arnstein & Lehr's Miami office. His practice focuses on product liability defense. He has litigated and tried numerous cases for auto manufacturers throughout the country.

Professional Activities and Achievements

Mr. Rudock is a member of the Florida Bar, Texas Bar, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, the Product Liability Advisory Council, Dade County Bar Association, Broward County Bar Association, and the Product Liability Section of the American Bar Association.

Recent Publications

Mr. Rudock has authored "Chandler v. Florida: The Arrival of Television in the Courtroom," (Vol. 8, No. 567) for the Ohio Northern Law Review and "Medial Malpractice: The Necessity of Expert Testimony and the Use of a General Physician as an Expert Witness in a Malpractice Action Against a Specialist" (Vol. 10, No. 37) for the Ohio Law Review.
