Partner
Daniel I. Schlade is a partner in Arnstein & Lehr's Chicago office
and is part of its Litigation group. His
practice focuses on general commercial litigation and real
estate litigation, which includes contested mortgage
foreclosures, mechanics liens foreclosures, title disputes,
latent defect and warranty disputes, and broker and
appraiser liability. Additionally, Mr. Schlade has
co-published two articles for the Illinois Institute For
Continuing Legal Education, both of which address the
prosecution and defense of mortgage foreclosure claims.
Professional Activities and Achievements
While attending law school, Mr. Schlade was a member of the
Law Review and Order of the Coif. He also received the CALI
Award: First Amendment, and was a Semifinalist and Final
Round Alternate in the Charles Evans Hughts Moot Court
Competition.
