Ms. Siskovic is an associate in Arnstein & Lehr's Chicago office. Her practice focuses on business law.

Professional Activities and Achievements

Ms. Siskovic has experience in the formation of various types of business entities, including the preparation of organizational and transactional documents such as articles, operating agreements, by-laws and shareholder agreements. Ms. Siskovic’s corporate practice includes the negotiation and drafting of all types of business contracts, including employment agreements, stock purchase agreements and asset purchase agreements. While in law school, Ms. Siskovic was a member of The John Marshall Law Review. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association.
