Walter J. Starck
Partner

Mr. Starck is a partner in Arnstein & Lehr's Chicago office. His practice is centered around general business, real estate, and construction law. He represents corporate clients in a number of different industries, land developers, contractors and property owners, as well as landlords in leasing transactions.

Professional Activities and Achievements

Mr. Starck is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and has served on the Section on Real Property Law. He has also served on the Chicago Bar Association’s Subcommittee on Construction and Land Development.

He has been a member of the Illinois State Bar Association’s Section on Real Estate Law. In 1990, Mr. Starck received the Illinois State Bar Association’s Distinguished Service Award.

Mr. Starck has also been a very active member of the American Bar Association (“ABA”). Some of the ABA committees that he has served on include the Section on Real Property, Probate and Trust Law; the Section on Corporation, Banking and Business Law; and the Subcommittee on Construction Contracts and Architects Contracts.

Additionally, Mr. Starck is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
