Justin
Weisberg is a Partner in the firm's Chicago office. His
practice focuses on construction law and commercial
litigation. Mr. Weisberg represents
private, public, local and
international clients in a variety of construction-related
transactions and litigation matters. Mr. Weisberg’s has a
background in professional engineering, giving him added
insight and understanding into his client’s cases.
Professional Activities and Achievements
Mr.
Weisberg is a member of the American Society of Civil
Engineers, and Society of Illinois Construction Attorneys.
He was named an Honorary Fellow at the Center for Legal
Studies in Salzburg, Austria in 2002. He is a registered
professional engineer in Illinois and Florida, and a
Delegate of the Engineers Joint Contract Document Committee.
Mr. Weisberg is also a member of the American Bar
Association and Chicago Bar Association.

Mr. Weisberg has spoken extensively on the subject of
construction topics before industry professionals. This
includes: “Construction Contracts” at the Construction Expo
on March 5-6, 2008; “Preparing for Claims During the
