Anthony Kang is a partner in Arnstein & Lehr’s Miami office. His practice focuses on business transaction, real estate, and the representation of Chinese and Taiwanese entities and individuals from South Florida and abroad. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, spoken and written, and actively represents Mandarin-speaking clients in a variety of areas, including corporate transactions, immigration, and general business matters. He has also represented high net-worth foreign nationals engaging in various businesses and investments in South Florida.


Mr. Kang joined Arnstein & Lehr in 2007 after working as a summer associate in 2006. While in law school, Mr. Kang worked as a law clerk on the House of Representatives Judiciary Committee in Washington, D.C. He also interned with the Major Crimes Division of the United States Attorney’s Office in Miami, Florida. He served as the senior editor for the Washington University Law Review and the secretary of media for the Student Bar Association.

Born in Miami, raised in Taipei and Miami, Mr. Kang is actively involved in a number of organizations in South Florida, including the Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce, the Duke University Alumni Association of South Florida, and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. In 2016, he began co-chairing the Asia Committee of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Kang continues to maintain extensive contacts with a number of professionals, entrepreneurs, and business people in Asia.
