Shapiro and Leslie write article for Andrews Litigation Reporter

Miami Partners Jeffrey Shapiro and Neville Leslie recently authored "How to Keep the Smoking Gun From Burning Your Client," an article appearing in the January 7 issue of Andrews Litigation Reporter Medical Devices. Documents from the FDA and manufacturer's adverse-event reports are often seen as "smoking guns" during litigation.
