Arnstein & Lehr welcomes Partner Steven Sloane Newburgh to the firm’s West Palm Beach office.

Steve Daniels, West Palm Beach coordinating partner, welcomed his addition, “We are very excited to have Steve join our firm.  His experience and well deserved reputation greatly enhances the litigation capabilities we currently provide our clients."

Formerly a partner at Fowler White Burnett P.A., Mr. Newburgh will focus his practice on construction law, construction lien litigation, complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, estate and probate litigation and intellectual property litigation.

Mr. Newburgh is a member of The Florida Bar and Palm Beach County Economic Forum. He has been honored by the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida for "Outstanding Service and Dedication to the Court and its Pro Bono Program" and the Florida Supreme Court for "Outstanding Pro Bono Service." Additionally, Mr. Newburgh was nominated as "Pro Bono Attorney of the Year" by the 15th Judicial Circuit Guardian Ad Litem Program. Mr. Newburgh also received an "Outstanding Service" award from the B’nai B’rith Justice Lodge.

A resident of the Old Northwood Historical neighborhood in West Palm Beach, Mr. Newburgh currently serves on the West Palm Beach Water Advisory Task Force. Additionally, he has held numerous municipal and private board positions including Chairman of the Board of the West Palm Beach Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, Chairman and Commissioner of the West Palm Beach Housing Authority, City of West Palm Beach Library Board, City of West Palm Beach Waterfront Advisory Focus Group and Chairman of the Board of the Palm Beach Photographic Centre and Museum.

He received his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University School of Law.
