Tampa Partner, Loretta O’Keeffe, wrote an article entitled "Explore an alternative to bankruptcy: assignment for the benefit of creditors," for the Tampa Bay Business Journal.

The article, which appeared in Friday's edition, explains the benefits of the little known alternative to business bankruptcy called assignment for the benefit of creditors through a case study involving a family owned and operated manufacturing business.
