John Grady to speak at Practicing Law Institute event on July 30th, 2008

Chicago Partner John Grady will be one of the presenters at the July 30, 2008 Practicing Law Institute (PLI) program, “Managing Complex Federal Litigation.” The program is being held at the University of Chicago Gleacher Center.

Mr. Grady will be moderating a panel in the afternoon, entitled “The Views of In-House Corporate Counsel: Discussion of Litigation Management and Resolution of Complex Litigation.” The panel will discuss practice tips for handling the e-discovery load, alternative dispute resolution, and keys to a successful relationship between in-house counsel and outside litigation.

The one day program addresses the most important new developments in federal civil practice, and he implications of these developments for strategy and technique in complex litigation.
