Our employee benefits & executive compensation lawyers and together with our Labor & Employment and our Litigation practice groups have extensive experience in disputes involving ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, GINA, employee benefits coverage issues, state and federal wage payment laws.  They frequently appear before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, and handle audits by the DOL, DOJ, OFCCP and state agencies. In addition to representing benefit plans and the employers which sponsor benefit plans, Arnstein & Lehr frequently represents plan trustees, fiduciaries, and plan administrators in connection with benefit claims, audits and government investigations. Our employee benefits & executive compensation law group also deals with issues involving union- sponsored benefit plans, including claims for unpaid contributions, withdrawal liability and related issues.
